The HPS3016S series concrete injection trolley is a large-scale tunnel concrete injection equipment developed by China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Group for the mechanized construction of tunnels according to market demand. It is the core equipment for tunnel concrete support. Mainly using fluid dynamics, the pre-mixed concrete is sprayed at a higher speed on the surface to be sprayed, depending on the continuous impact and compaction of cement and aggregate during the spraying process.

1) High productivity: the working capacity of dry jet and small wet concrete jetting machine generally does not exceed 5m3-10m3/h, but when working with HPS3016S series jetting trolley, it can reach 30m3/h;

5) Good adaptability: self-propelled, special rigid chassis, solid tires, four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, front and rear double cab driving, electronic throttle automatic driving, adapt to complex roads and various tunnel construction;

6) Simple operation: the boom adopts two-stage rotation and integral slip, and has three folding and one-folding functions. It can simulate the tunnel contour injection operation with one button, and the operation is simple and easy to master.
